At Appleberry, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.

Delivery Time Estimates
We ship nationwide in the Philippines via trusted couriers.

Metro Manila: 2–4 business days

Luzon (outside Metro): 3–5 business days

Visayas & Mindanao: 5–7 business days

Remote or high-risk areas may take longer depending on courier.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and location. We occasionally offer free shipping promos—follow us on social media for updates!

Available upon request in Caniogan Pasig City

Please message us after placing your order to arrange pick-up details.

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your parcel through the courier’s official tracking website.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us at appleberryph@yahoo.com and we’ll assist with resolving the issue.

For returned-to-sender parcels due to wrong/incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.

REFUND POLICY

At Appleberry, we want you to love every product you receive. While we strive to ensure quality and satisfaction, we understand that issues can sometimes occur.

Return & Replacements

Due to the nature of adhesive products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we will gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a replacement:

Report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order

Provide clear video and photos of the item and packaging

6. Returns and Refunds
